Worldox Frequently Asked Questions

I have just finished assembling many of my blog posts over the past year and a half into a Worldox “Frequent Asked Questions” document, which I have posted on my web site (in the “Cheat Sheets” section).

Most of the items in this list are questions or issues that clients have frequently asked about. They represent some of the most common feedback from clients who are implementing or updating Worldox.

In addition, some of them deal with lesser-used functions of Worldox which can provide great time savers.  In new sites, I have very good feedback on the practice of circulating one of these tips about twice a week to firm members via email. It serves to underscore and reinforce training, and encourage users to ask more questions and become more proficient.
